“Ukrainian soldiers saved 12th-century monuments from Russian shelling.
Soldiers of the 128th Independent Motorized Rifle Brigade “Wild Field” evacuated stone statues from a museum in Novomykolayivka, Zaporizhzhia Oblast, which were threatened with destruction due to constant Russian attacks.
They also managed to remove the most valuable paintings and artifacts displayed at the museum.”
