Celebrating Our First Year @ Kyiv Free Press

A message from head, Alexandra Zakhvatayev:

4 July 2026 – Exactly one year ago today, on July 4, my native country’s day of independence, i was in Kyiv, Ukraine… wherein I launched my media outlet – Kyiv Free Press – and the onslaught of words, views, memory, history – continues to evolve –  still true to our mission – to unite an international community of free thinkers and produce ideas that are truly a byproduct of free will.  Never perfect, as the journey of democracy is never really complete, but always striving for self-actualization in a political landscape that is rigged to keep original voices down…….. And with freedom of speech at it’s core, this volunteer mission stands independently in a landscape of messaging bought and manufactured by enemies and special interests  – we remain however, confidently at ease with our purpose, no matter how difficult the journey has been – as nature always has it , truth always prevails …… and justice will always have the final word …….. So today we not only celebrate one day of freedom—- but we honor a global community of people who fight for our values and principles….each and every single day……. For my friends……  & Our freedom !!!! Love ya
